• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

• The minimum single bet stake is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, and event and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, altered, or voided by the player. Exceptions apply only as outlined in our Void Bet Policy below.
• All bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body for that sport. Unofficial sources, broadcast scorelines, and unofficial match reports are not used for settlement.
• In the event a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match was completed to the point where the relevant market outcome had already been determined.
• Slot games reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's wallet.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to be settled for the overall bet to be paid out. If any leg in an accumulator is voided, the remaining legs are recalculated at the remaining odds.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is submitted. Due to the dynamic nature of live odds, a brief delay may occur between submission and confirmation. If the odds change materially during this window, slot games may reject the bet and return the stake.

• Tournament registrations are final once the tournament has commenced. Refunds are not available after the first blind level has been posted.

Esports markets on slot games are settled based on the official result declared by the tournament organiser. The following specific rules apply:

• Match winner bets are settled on the team that wins the series according to the official bracket or match record published by the tournament organiser.
• If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is postponed, bets remain valid for up to 48 hours from the original scheduled start time. If the match does not start within this window, all bets are voided.
• Map-specific bets (such as map 1 winner or map 2 total rounds) are settled on the result of the specific map. If the relevant map is not played (for example, in a best-of-three series that ends 2–0), map 3 bets are voided.
• If a team forfeits or is disqualified after a match has started, bets that have already been determined by completed maps or rounds will stand. Undetermined markets will be voided.
• Slot games uses officially verified third-party data providers for esports settlement. Unofficial streams, player announcements, or social media posts are not used as settlement sources.

Slot games reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without advance notice in the following circumstances:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or subsequent verification.
• Operating more than one account simultaneously or in sequence under the same identity.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting designed to eliminate risk, or exploitation of platform errors.
• Evidence of collusion, match fixing, or any form of fraud against slot games or other players on the platform.
• Attempting to access the platform using automated tools, bots, or scripts.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or discriminatory towards slot games staff or other players.
• Any activity that violates applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds, VIP points, and winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits made in good faith by the player will be returned net of any fraudulently acquired winnings, subject to verification.
